Summer Brights Battle: Britney Spears Vs. Rihanna Vs. Blake Lively

It’s on, folks! The current trend of summer brights is something we love, and take quite seriously, and when we see three can’t-miss-’em celebrities doing the same, we get all up in a tizzy. You saw us flip over Blake Lively‘s Savages promotional ensembles yesterday, and she’s already triumphed again. Blake wore the stunning primrose yellow Gucci goddess gown you see in the middle, to the New York premiere of the film last night. We also love the turquoise jewelery she has on. This is called perfect styling, right down to her fishtail braid. Giving her competition is Britney Spears, on the left, at The X Factor Rhode Island auditions yesterday. She’s giving great face in her cherry red Hervé Léger by Max Azria dress with YSL heels. ‘Course it’s clingy and sexy, but she’s working it, plus her hair looks all sorts of awesome.
Rounding up this motley trip is our lady Rihanna. The songbird was spotted heading out of the Corinthia Hotel in London yesterday wearing what you see on the right. That’s right — it’s a red and pink tuxedo suit with sneaker heels. Her floral bra kept peeking out too. Could anyone else pull this off but Ri-Ri? We don’t think so. So there you have it, folks. Three very different examples of how to wear summer brights. But you got to let us know — whose look do you prefer? Vote in the poll below, and let us know.
