The 5 Most Awkward Moments Of Enrique Iglesias’ On-Stage Concert Kiss

Dang, remind us to go to an Enrique Iglesias concert sometime. That’s our response after seeing all these awkward photos of the “Hero” singer getting close with an audience member at his New Jersey concert this weekend. Enrique is just…straight up making out with her, isn’t he? We’ve never performed in front of a stadium full of fans, let alone made out with anyone on-stage (high school drama club notwithstanding), but from the looks of it, Iglesias has it down to a science. A horrible, uncomfortable science.

Step 1) Dear Lord, no. Your friends look on in horror as Enrique hauls you on stage like a waterlogged swimmer in a riptide. Or a suitcase he’s struggling to get up the stairs.

Step 2) We don’t even know what this is. Enrique Iglesias play-fights with you? Enrique Iglesias actually fights with you? Doesn’t he have an emotional ballad to sing?

Step 3) Now is the time when Enrique swaddles you in his sweat-drenched t-shirt and you two kiss in front of thousands upon thousands of confused yet excited concert goers.

Step 4) Which is followed by more kissing. Does Enrique even have a microphone at this point? He doesn’t, does he?

Step 5) Finally, Enrique kisses as you descend through a trapdoor, where upon you will be whisked away to Enrique’s Kiss-A-Torium. Unfortunately, it’s just his tour bus. Fortunately, there will probably be towels to wipe off all the Enrique sweat…and take home with you.
