Dec 28, Colombo: Nimal Siripala de Silva, the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation, has instructed to expedite the currently halted expansion work at Jaya Container Terminal (JCT), the oldest terminal fully owned by the Sri Lanka Port Authority.
