Jan 13, Colombo: Monaragala Magistrate Ms. Sachini Amarawickrama ordered today (13) to remand five of the six suspects, including Monaragala Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sunil Shantha Sisila Kumara who was arrested with of 23 kilograms of cannabis and OIC of the Atamale Police until the 24th January.
