A proposal made by the President to establish a National Agency for Public Private Partnership under the Ministry of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies has been approved by the Cabinet.
It has been proposed to establish this Agency to encourage investment by identifying the difficulties faced by the investors when investing in Lanka and making proposals to solve them, and also to take necessary steps for the implementation of public-private partnership projects.
