Sri Lanka’s Court of Appeal decided today (08) to take up the two petitions filed against State Minister Sanath Nishantha on Sep. 13.
The two petitions were filed against the State Minister for contempt of court charges.
Notice was issued to all respondents in the petitions, including Sanatha Nishantha to appear in court and make submissions.
