The number of subscribers to the national television Rupavahini’s YouTube channel has exceeded 700,000.
The Vishmitha company has been managing the Rupavahini YouTube channel in the past and when the company started the relevant management activities, the number of subscribers of the YouTube channel was as low as 16,000 (16,182).
The company has made this progress in about three years since it began relevant management activities in late 2018.
Sonala Gunawardena, who became the Chairman of the National Television about a month ago, has also put up a Facebook post expressing his happiness over the seven hundred thousand subscribers of the Rupavahini’s YouTube Channel.
