Lanka Sathosa has appointed former Southern Provincial Council member Pasada Yapa Abeywardena as its new Chairman.
Pasada Yapa Abeywardena is also the son of former Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena.
Vijitha Wijemanna, who was the chairman of Sathosa until now, resigned yesterday (4).
