India and Sri Lanka are discussing a proposal for the supply of two Dornier aircraft for the Sri Lankan military.
During his recent visit to India, Foreign Affairs Minister Prof. G.L. Peiris said in an interview with The Indian Express, said there is a proposal for the purchase of two Dornier aircraft.
“There is a proposal for the purchase of two Dornier aircraft. There is no finality, nothing has been agreed upon. There are proposals and counter proposals, and it is one of the matters under discussion,” Peiris said.
