US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen has informed Sri Lanka that the US will support Sri Lanka in debt restructuring, the President’s Media Division said.
It said the financial assurances will be given in accordance with the principles of the Paris Club.
Accordingly, the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and other US agencies will also work together in this regard.
